Getting started

This guide helps procurement teams get productive quickly in Trusply—no technical setup required.


Access and roles

  1. Open your Trusply URL and sign in.
  2. Select your organization from the sidebar/header.
  3. Check your role:
    • Viewer: read-only
    • Writer: can create and edit
    • Admin: can manage settings and members

If you can’t perform an action, ask an Admin to adjust your role.


First configuration (Admins)

  1. Define your risk scale under Settings → Risk levels
  2. Create categories and choose a baseline risk for each
  3. Add country-specific risk rules where needed

This sets how supplier risk badges will appear across the app.


Add suppliers

  1. Go to Suppliers
  2. Click “New supplier” and fill in:
    • Name
    • Supplier code (unique)
    • Primary category and primary country
  3. Save

Tip: You can bulk add via Import if you already have a list in CSV.


Build audiences with Segments

  1. Go to Segments and create a new segment
  2. Add rules (category, country, status, etc.)
  3. Preview members and Sync to freeze the list

Use synced segments in campaigns.


Communicate with suppliers

Campaigns

  1. Create a campaign and select your segment
  2. Edit subject and content; preview the email
  3. Launch incrementally to send to new/updated recipients

Inbox

  • Use Inbox to track replies, mark read/unread, and respond.
  • Open the supplier panel for context without leaving the page.

See insights

Visit Analysis to view suppliers by risk, spend by risk (by year), and top countries.
