Campaigns

Send communications to your suppliers using a selected segment. Configure basics, edit content, preview the final email, and launch incrementally.


What you can do

  • Create a campaign and set its name/type/status.
  • Choose a target Segment.
  • Edit Subject, HTML body, and Plain text body.
  • Preview the email exactly as it will render (with your org logo).
  • Launch incrementally to send to new or updated recipients.

Who can do this?

  • Viewer: read-only
  • Writer/Admin: create, edit, and launch

Create and configure a campaign (step-by-step)

  1. Go to Campaigns: /o/:organizationId/campaigns
  2. Click “New campaign” (or open an existing one)
  3. General tab: set Name, Type, and Status
  4. Configuration tab: select your Segment (sync it first under Segments if needed)
  5. Save

Tip: Keep Status off (draft) until you’re done editing content.


Edit content and preview

  1. Open the Content tab
  2. Subject: write a clear subject line
  3. Body (HTML): use the rich text editor for formatting and links
  4. Body (Plain text): provide a simple fallback
  5. Preview: check the live email preview on the right

Notes

  • Links open safely and HTML is sanitized before preview/save.
  • Your organization’s public logo appears in the preview if configured.

Launch incrementally

Use this when you want to send only to new or newly eligible recipients since the last launch.

  1. From the campaign header, click “Launch incremental”
  2. Confirm
  3. You’ll see a confirmation with how many messages/threads were created

Tips

  • Make sure your Segment is synced and up to date.
  • If you modify rules or content, you can launch again later—only new eligible recipients will be sent to.

Find campaigns quickly

  • Use the global search (min 2 characters) or the Campaigns list filters.

Troubleshooting

  • I can’t launch: check your role (Writer/Admin) and campaign Status.
  • Preview looks odd: remove unsupported HTML and use simple, accessible formatting.
